About Us
Investment Leasing Company ("ILC") is a bank authorized independent leasing agency founded in 1986 and headquartered in San Diego, California.
ILC arranges business equipment, software, and vehicle leasing and financing from Coast to Coast. The Company leases most capital assets used by businesses and organizations with a primary focus on leasing and financing to healthcare professionals in addition to all other commercial enterprises that use high technology, digital, x-ray, and other state of the art equipment and software. The Company's' leases are structured to provide various options at the end to accommodate a variety of objectives of our customers. Approximately 72% of the lease arranged in fiscal year 2010 involved medical, dental, and pharmacy high technology equipment including digital x-ray, telecommunication, and computer equipment.
Equipment leasing & financing. The Company's focus on healthcare and computer systems including servers and networks because that market has a high demand for leasing and financing services. The equipment is leased primarily by middle-market companies for centralized x-ray and data processing requirements. ILC leases all major and minor manufacturers of equipment and software including Xerox, Dell, IBM, Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft, just to name a few.
Software leasing & financing.The Company provides leasing and financing for software for up to 100% of its cost. Packages range in cost from $5,000 to $5,000,000 and beyond. In addition to leasing stand-alone software packages, ILC provides capital for custom software applications.
Vehicle leasing & financing. ILC provides leasing and financing services for commercial-use vehicles such as ambulances, fire-trucks, box vans, over-the-road trucks, and other types of vehicles
Soft cost leasing & financing. ILC provides an additional leasing and financing service for customers and vendors by providing capital for "soft costs" associated with an equipment or software package and includes such things as delivery fees, installation costs, set up and even tenant improvements.
Working capital loans. The company also provides working capital loans that can be for almost any business purpose
ILC funds most of our leases with major banks, thrift & loans, financial divisions of major companies, and other institutional lenders.
We receive wholesale pricing from our lenders and present a quotation from a number of lenders at the same time so that our customers receive the lowest payments available that are commensurate with their credit rating.
Our marketing efforts are conducted by channel partners and highly trained leasing agent professionals that are located primarily in the greater metropolitan area of San Diego County California, and throughout the United States. ILC is currently seeking highly motivated college graduates of demonstrated high character to fill newly created nationwide leasing agent positions.
In 1988, ILC first designed and deployed a contact management software architecture that was a first in the equipment leasing industry and enabled us to develop customer service initiatives and collaborate with all channel partners with unique speed and efficiency. The functionality of our automation has been updated continuously ever since. Automation for the Company now is completely web-based so all departments, functions, document preparation, and communication systems are completely scalable for all departments with virtually no limits on capacity.
ILC leverages its capability to conduct it's business with the use of state-of-the-art scalable high technology CRM (contact relationship management) processes that link our Corporate headquarters with remote leasing agents, remote credit processors, lender banks, equipment vendors and our customers. Our strategy of providing the finest in customer service and to differentiate our selves in our targeted market segments involving primarily healthcare thru easily accessible web portals while in our hyper-growth mode.
